After my third and difficult postpartum experience, I was feeling overwhelmed, tired, and inadequate. I struggled to maintain my milk supply and could not find a reliable way to heal my body while caring for a newborn. As a nurse of 15+ years, I did what came natural and began an extensive evidence-based research to come up with an all in one solution.
